About the Workshop
Just as thoughts can influence emotions, emotions can also influence thoughts. Emotions are powerful and understanding how to navigate our feelings is one of the most useful things we can learn.
Sometimes it’s not about just thinking positive and trying to push away a certain feeling. Negative feelings have their purpose too and in learning to recognize and allow them is part of being emotionally healthy.
Life is about embracing it all. The highs and the lows, because even when you live your dream life - it is still life.
So what if we’re able to look at emotions as a piece of information that wants to move through us? What if we’re able to lead ourselves through change? Because that is, in fact, the only stability we have.
What to expect
~ Understand your Emotions via Human Design
~ Become Awareness of your Feelings with Authentic Relating
~ Embodied Movement (a dance through the Emotional Wave)
~ Grounding Meditation

Lisa Jane is a lively and open-minded woman who specializes as a Human Design Educator, Embodier & Life Mentor. She has always followed her feelings and thanks to Human Design she has learned to trust them even more. She follows her own path and her mission is to empower others to do the same. Lisa Jane is passionate about living according to her design and guiding others in their personal growth process.
